The team wanted a brand and website that show their strength in clarity, not just their ability to make things look nice. Our mission was to create a visual system and content structure that position them as strategic partners who bring focus to messy ideas, so decision-makers can quickly see why they matter.

THE CHALLENGES
Their old identity felt thoughtful, but also busy and fragmented.
Multiple logo treatments, overlapping color choices, and inconsistent layouts made the studio feel more experimental than intentional. Case studies were dense and text-heavy, which forced visitors to put in extra effort just to understand what Brilliant Fragment actually did best. This blurred their positioning and reduced the quality of inbound leads from the kind of clients they wanted to attract.

We reframed Brilliant Fragment around a single promise: clarity as their core product.
The new identity uses a restrained palette, structured typography, and a simple grid that guides the eye instead of competing for attention. On the website, services, process, and case studies are reorganized into clear flows that answer who they help, how they work, and what outcomes they create. The studio now looks as sharp as the thinking behind it, which makes every outreach, referral, and portfolio share work harder for them.
